The following payment methods are currently acceptable

Cheques and Money Orders

Your Cheque or Money/Postal Order should be made payable to Red Haze Ltd and sent to,

If you wish to pay by Cheque/Money Order then simply select the "Invoice and Payment before Delivery" payment method.

  1. Which would you prefer, a cheque or Money/Postal Order - We are happy to accept either however Money/Postal orders tend to be as good as cash therefore you'll receive your order quicker.


  2. How do I pay - Select the payment option "Invoice and Pay before Delivery" then complete the Checkout process making a note of your order number and order total.

    Next make your Cheque/Postal/Money Order payable to Red Haze Ltd then send it to,

    Remember to include a reference of your order number.

  3. If I pay by Cheque when will I receive my order - We will only ship your order once we have received payment. This means your order will only be shipped once your cheque has cleared.


  4. How long will it take to clear my cheque - You should allow upto 5 days for a UK cheque to clear although Building Society cheques might take upto 10 days. Overseas cheques can to upto 6 weeks.


  5. Where can I get a Money/Postal Order from - Postal Orders are available from your local Post Office and Money Orders (UK and Overseas) should be available from your bank.

  6. Can I give you a US Dollar Cheque or Money Order - Yes we would accept a Cheque or Money Order in an alternative currency but please contact us first to confirm the price at sales@redhaze.com.
Credit and Debit Cards

The following cards are accepted online,

Depending on your card you will be asked for,

  1. The card number.
  2. Expiry Date.
  3. Security Number.

Some cards might also require additional details such as Issue Number and Start Date.

If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card then simply select the "Credit Card" payment method.

Credit and Debit Card Payments FAQ

  1. What is the Security Number - this is an additional check introduced to prevent fraud and consists of the last 3 digits of the number found on the back of your card, usually along the Signature Strip.


  2. My card does not have an Issue Number but I'm being asked for one during checkout - Some Switch type cards no longer have an Issue Number so just enter any single digit number and we'll contact you if there's a problem.


  3. Why have I been charged a different amount to the original invoice value - Usually this is due to changes in the exchange rate between GB Sterling and your local currency. We have no control over this since your card company will carry out this conversion on your behalf.


  4. I've made an order but no payment has been taken from my card - we will only take payment once your order is ready to be shipped.
Bank Transfer

We are happy to accept payment by Bank Transfer but please ensure any charges are paid by you and are not passed on to us.

Overseas customers should use our IBAN number - GB25 BARC 2025 8500 2726 20 and our SWIFT Code is - BARCGB22.

If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer then simply select the "Invoice and Payment before Delivery" payment method.

Bank Transfer FAQ's

  1. How much does it cost - Charges vary from Bank to Bank so please contact you bank for further details.


  2. Should I inform you that I've desposited the payment - Yes, this is so we can look out for your payment. Your best option is to fax the Transfer Notification to 01332 519025 (outside the UK +44 1332 519025).


  3. What is the SWIFT Code - The SWIFT address is an 8 or 11 alphanumeric character international standard code which uniquely identifies your financial institution. The SWIFT address is also known as BIC (=Bank Identifier Code). Please contact your bank for details.


  4. What is the IBAN Code - The International Bank Account Number or IBAN, as it is commonly called, is a bank account number structured according to the ECBS (European Committee for Banking Standards) standards. Please contact your bank for details.

We are happy to accept payment via PayPal Acceptance Mark

  1. What is PayPal - PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email. Members can instantly and securely send money to anyone in the UK with an email address. PayPal is also available to people in 45 countries.

  2. How do I pay - Select the payment option "Invoice and Pay before Delivery" then complete the Checkout process making a note of your order number and order total.

    Next go to Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk or .com) and sent your payment to paypal@redhaze.com remembering to include a reference of your order number.
