Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. All orders are sent by standard post, so please allow for 1 week for UK orders and upto 2 to 3 weeks for overseas orders.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 4 weeks although most orders are shipped the following day. International orders (depending on country) are generally received in under 6 weeks, though we cannot guarantee this as outside factors (i.e. the postal service) affect this shipping time. Please note that due to the unusual nature of some of our ranges not all items are always in stock.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, or we do not have the colour or size you would like, we will back order for you upon request. Please e-mail us at sales@redhaze.com.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
